Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment. During peak Holiday seasons, or for custom made items, the shipment time may be increased an additional 3-5 business days, even though we will strive to ship your products sooner. |

What are 100% Angel’s shipping charges? |
| |
Shipping and handling charges are based on the amount of your order. Our shopping cart calculates your shipping rate by the amount of your order by a USPS and UPS shipping calculator incorporated into our shopping cart.
100% Angel uses the United States Postal Service, UPS and Fed Ex for all shipping. If you prefer other methods of delivery, please contact us for a quote.
Following is information regarding estimated delivery times for the various shipping methods that we offer. All packages are left without obtaining a signature, although the delivery company's driver may decide not to leave a package if they feel there is a risk it might be stolen.

Yes. We ship to many other countries through Global Priority Mail. If your country does not currently accept Global Priority Mail, just send us an email at askdoggymom@sbcglobal.net with your shipping address, and we will quickly get back to you with the international shipping charges via the best possible method. Please send us an email, so we can complete your order. |

What is your exchange and return policy? |

100% Angel wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, simply return the unused item(s) to us in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or refund. After 15 days, we will not accept any exchanges or refunds. Custom made or personalized items are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred for the return of items. Refunds will only include the sale price of the item(s), but will not include the original shipping cost. |

You may use either your existing PayPal account, set up a PayPal account while ordering, or simply use PayPal to pay for your purchase without setting up a PayPal account. Money orders will be processed upon receipt, so that normally adds 2-3 business days to your shipment time. On-line processing is the quickest way to place your order, but we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible, however you might choose to purchase.

How do I know what size to order for my pet? |

Please refer to the sizing charts and guides for the individual items you are ordering. Sizing charts and guides are specific to the product items, especially for those items that are designer or custom made. 100% Angel has supplied the charts for you on the appropriate order pages. All dog clothes are all final sales, no returns or exchanges accepted. 100% Angel is not responsible for you measuring your dog incorrectly. |

Sorry, we currently do not have printed catalogs. We are constantly improving and revising our product line, so a catalog would likely be out-of-date before you would receive it.
