Mandy May 2006 Canine Angel

I got Mandy when she was 8 weeks old. We quickly became best friends, and she got me through some of the roughest times of my life. Mandy was with me when I was single, and alone and sometimes scared at night. She would sleep next to me and comfort me. She was with me and my husband for 3 years as we struggled with trying to have our daughter. Every month was a crushing disappointment, yet Mandy was there to cuddle and comfort me through my tears. She was there for me during a breast cancer scare which turned out to be okay. Just holding her would make me feel better. Mandy got her angel wings last May 28 at the age of 16. I miss her every day. April 29th will be her 17th birthday, and she is spending it in heaven this year with all the rewards of a job well done on earth. She truly was and is an angel!
